Specific Capabilities of Equipment

• Laser table is a 6 kilowatt with a 5 ft by 10 ft bed. Tolerances are 1/2 inch stainless and 5/8 inch steel.
• Forming capabilities at Mirror Image:
  150 ton CNC press break
• Sawing (tube/stock) capabilities at Mirror Image:
  Sawing possible for 12 by 12 cutting area for square and round tubes.

MIMF is prepared to assist with completing your project. We use several methods of fabrication such as laser cutting, forming, rolling, sawing, drilling, tapping, and CNC machining. Additionally, we have experience working with aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, steel, titanium, carbon and stainless steel in sheet, bar stock, tube, and plate forms.

We can handle production runs or one-off custom parts as well. Our 6kw laser cutter is capable of fulfilling thousands of parts a day. The 150ton 6axis CNC brake press is able to form simple to the complex parts. Our welding department is available with TIG, MIG and Stud welders.
